Emberz Bar is perfect for the traveller who after a long day just needs to relax without the attention an a la carte restaurant demands. Rest assured that seasonal delicacies such as the Bluff Oyster can be found in the bar when in season. The selection of beers and wines is extensive and surprises many with the range available and if we haven’t got it let us know your preference, in advance, and with just a whisk of Southern Hospitality we can on occasions produce miracles.
