Please note that when booking a Motel Flat or Motel Unit at Ascot Park, you are booking a 3-star SELF-RATED motel-style room. These are NOT part of the hotel complex. Before proceeding with your online booking, please ensure you are booking the correct type of accommodation that you require.
A reservation that is guaranteed by prepayment or Credit card and is cancelled after 6pm (NZ Time), 24 hours prior to date of arrival will incur a cancellation charge of one night's accommodation.
A reservation that is guaranteed by prepayment or Credit card and is neither cancelled nor taken up by the client within or inside 24 hours prior to arrival will incur a no show charge of one night's accommodation. In such a situation, any further nights included in the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING.
Terms and conditions
Any damage incurred to rooms or hotel facilities are the responsibility of the guest and associated parties. Any persons found damaging hotel property will be held financially liable.
