As the largest hotel of its kind in Southland, we understand that our level of business requires us to take an environmentally friendly stance, and we have made changes in our working systems to reflect these ideals.

We recycle fat, oil, cardboard, plastic, tin, aluminium and food matter (feeding it to pigs) and our team is currently working with the Regional Council on becoming more environmentally friendly under a sustainable tourism structure.
