Luxury King Suite
Our Luxury suite offers next level indulgence. Interior designed furnishings with a super king bed, comfortable seating and a table and chairs for in room dining. Tea and coffee making facilities including your own Nespresso machine. A modern ensuite bathroom with double spa bath, twin shower heads and basins, wall mounted TV and luxurious toiletries. A separate toilet and make up room. Car parking directly outside the room for added privacy.

Cancellation Policy
Full cancellation of one night’s accommodation will apply for any reservation cancelled after 2pm NZ time, 24 hours prior to arrival.
For non-refundable bookings, full payment will be charged at the time of reservation. These bookings cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded under any circumstances.
No-shows will be automatically charged at the first night’s accommodation rate. For non-refundable bookings, the full cost of stay applies. The reservation, including any remaining nights, will then be automatically cancelled and the room released back into our system for resale.
Rooms that have not been confirmed with a valid credit card or a deposit are on 6.00pm release and can be entered back into our system for resale.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise your credit card 24 hours prior to arrival. Non-valid credit cards may result in cancellation of the reservation or necessity to provide a bond on check in.
A 1.99% Credit Card fee applies to all credit card transactions.
Terms and Conditions
Damage
Any damage incurred to rooms or hotel facilities are the responsibility of the guest and associated parties. Any persons found damaging hotel property will be held financially liable.
Guest Age Policy
The person registering at check-in must be a minimum age of 18 years of age and proof of ID may be requested.
Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, unless pre-approved by the Manager.
Pre-approval from the Manager may be considered for unaccompanied guests aged 18 years or younger to stay alone, with signed consent from their parents, together with their parents ID, full contact information and pre-payment made in full. This is at the Manager’s full discretion.

Check‑in is from 2.00pm and check‑out is by 10.00am.
Arriving early or planning a later departure? Just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer complimentary on-site parking for our guests, with plenty of spaces conveniently located near the rooms and the main hotel entrance.
Do you have different room types?
We offer a range of room options including Superior Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, Motel Units, Luxury Suites and Apartment-style Rooms. Our Motel Units include a kitchenette, while our Apartment-style Rooms provide extra living and kitchen space, ideal for longer stays or families.
Interconnecting rooms are available with selected room types, perfect for families or groups travelling together. Our team is always happy to help you choose the best option for your stay, simply request interconnecting rooms at the time of booking.
Can families stay comfortably?
Absolutely. Many of our rooms can accommodate families with existing bedding, rollaway beds, sofa beds or cots. Our Apartment-style Rooms and Motel Units with interconnecting options are especially popular for longer family stays. Chat with our team and we’ll help find the right fit for your group.
Do you have accessible rooms?
We have ground-floor rooms and options with easier access available. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please get in touch so we can recommend the most suitable room and ensure a comfortable stay.
Is Wi‑Fi included?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Simply connect to our open network and accept the terms and conditions to get online.
Do you have a pool and spa?
Yes. Guests are welcome to enjoy our indoor heated pool, spa and sauna during their stay. Please check with reception for current opening hours.
Can I dine on site?
Yes, everything you need is right here. EMBERZ Restaurant, Courtyard and Bar offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with room service. The Ascot Sports Bar is also available for relaxed, casual dining.
How far are you from the airport and city centre?
Ascot Park Hotel is just a short drive from Invercargill Airport and 5 km from the city centre. If you need directions or transport options, our team is happy to assist.
Can I earn or use ILT‑related rewards or gift cards?
ILT gift cards are accepted at all ILT venues. If you’d like to use one during your stay please let our team know. They are also available for purchase, making a great gift option.
Do you have guest laundry facilities?
Yes, guest laundry facilities are available in each wing of the hotel. Please see reception for details and access information.
Are you pet friendly?
While we don’t allow pets at Ascot Park Hotel, we’re happy to help you find nearby pet-friendly accommodation if needed. Just ask our team.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out can certainly be requested. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for late check-out, so please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

Is breakfast included in my stay?
Breakfast is not automatically included; however, our buffet breakfast is available daily at EMBERZ Restaurant on site. Be sure to ask about our bed and breakfast rates when booking.
Do you cater for sports teams or large groups?
Yes, we regularly host sports teams and larger groups. Get in touch with us directly and we’ll work with you to find the best room configuration and rates for your group.
